Pick a date and time
Ashley’s live availability, updated as she books. After-hours slots can be added on request.
Add your details
Name, email and phone, then your deposit. You will get a confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.
Before you book
- A deposit is required on most services and comes straight off your total.
- Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment carry a 40% fee.
- Arrive with clean lashes — no eye makeup and no oil-based products.
- Tell Ashley about sensitive eyes or past reactions when you book. Patch testing is available.
- For mobile appointments, add your address in the booking notes so travel time can be confirmed.

What happens after you book a lash appointment
Once you book a lash appointment you will get a confirmation straight away and a reminder before the day. Your deposit is applied to the service, and if you need to move the appointment, do it more than 48 hours ahead to avoid the cancellation fee.
