These terms cover the use of lashashleyyorkaesthetics.com and the booking of services with LASH | Ashley York Aesthetics, Peoria, Arizona. By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

Using this website

The content here — text, photographs and guides — belongs to LASH | Ashley York Aesthetics and may not be copied or republished without permission. Photographs of lash work are of real clients and are used with their consent.

The information on this site, including the aftercare and service guides, is general guidance based on professional experience. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or optometrist.

Booking

Appointments are booked through GlossGenius, a third-party scheduling service. When you book you also accept their terms. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from GlossGenius, not before.

Deposits

Most services require a deposit to hold the appointment. The deposit is applied to the price of your service and is not an additional charge.

Cancellations and no-shows

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of 40% of the service price. A lash appointment can run to three hours, and a late cancellation usually cannot be refilled.

Lateness

If you arrive late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that following clients are not affected. The full service price still applies.

Services

Results

Lash results depend on your own natural lashes — their length, density, strength and growth cycle. We will always recommend the style that suits your lashes and will say so honestly if a requested look is not achievable or not safe to apply. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Health and suitability

You must tell us before your appointment about eye conditions, allergies, recent eye surgery, skin conditions, pregnancy, or any previous reaction to lash or brow products. Patch testing is available and is required before tinting services. We may decline or postpone a service where it would not be safe to proceed.

Aftercare

How long your set lasts depends heavily on aftercare. We provide aftercare guidance at your appointment and on this website. We cannot be responsible for poor retention caused by aftercare that has not been followed.

Adjustments

If something is not right with your set, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do what we reasonably can to put it right. Normal shedding of natural lashes is not a fault.

Mobile appointments

Mobile appointments require a private room with space to lie flat and a power outlet. A travel fee may apply depending on location and is confirmed before the appointment. We may decline or end an appointment where the space or circumstances are not safe or suitable to work in.

Prices and promotions

Prices on this website are a guide and may change. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment. Promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated with the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

Gift cards

Gift cards are issued through GlossGenius, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
