Short answer: $195 to $215 for a full set in Peoria, and $90 to $110 for a fill every two to three weeks. The longer answer is where people get caught out.
Lash pricing in the Valley is genuinely confusing, because two studios can quote the same number for very different things. One is quoting a full set. The other is quoting a full set that needs a $40 removal first, or a fill price that only applies if you come back inside fourteen days.
Here is what things actually cost in Peoria, and what to check before you commit.
Full set prices
| SERVICE | PRICE | TIME |
|---|---|---|
| Classic full set | $195 | About 3 hours |
| Hybrid full set | $195 | About 3 hours |
| Volume full set | $215 | About 3 hours |
A full set is a fresh application onto bare natural lashes. If you are coming from another studio with extensions still on, you will need a removal first — $35 — and that is a separate appointment the day before.
Fill prices
| SERVICE | PRICE | WHEN |
|---|---|---|
| Classic fill | $90 | Every 2–3 weeks |
| Hybrid fill | $100 | Every 2–3 weeks |
| Volume fill | $110 | Every 2–3 weeks |
| Half fill | $55 | Express top-up |
The fill window matters more than the fill price. Past about four weeks there is usually too little left to build on, so it is priced as a new set. The difference between booking at week three and week five is roughly $100.
What it actually costs per month
This is the number people want and rarely get quoted.
Assuming a classic set with fills every three weeks, you are looking at roughly $120 to $155 a month after the initial set. Volume runs a little higher, around $145 to $185 a month. The first month costs more because the full set is front-loaded.
If that is more than you want to spend ongoing, a lash lift at $75 lasting six to eight weeks works out around $12 a month, with no fills at all. The full comparison is here.
Lifts, tints and brows
| SERVICE | PRICE |
|---|---|
| Lash lift | $75 |
| Lash lift & tint | $93 |
| Korean lash lift | $125 |
| Lash tint | $30 |
| Brow tint | $30 |
| Lash & brow tint | $55 |
| Dermaplane | $98 |
Mobile pricing
Mobile appointments carry a premium because the appointment includes travel, set-up and pack-down. Full sets start at $245 and fills at $150, covering Glendale, Surprise, Sun City and the wider Valley.
Five things to check before you book anywhere
- Is a deposit required, and does it come off the total? It should come off. If it is an extra charge on top, ask why.
- What is the fill window? Two to three weeks is standard. Studios offering fills at four or five weeks are often doing partial new sets and charging fill prices, which shows in retention.
- Is removal included if you are switching studios? Usually not. Budget $35 and a separate appointment.
- What is the cancellation policy? A three hour slot is most of a working day for a solo artist. Expect 24 to 48 hours notice and a fee inside that.
- Who is actually doing your lashes? At a franchise this varies by shift. With a solo artist it is the same person every time, which is why retention is more consistent.
Why cheap sets usually cost more
A $99 full set exists in the Valley. It is almost always one of three things: a trainee building a portfolio, a set applied far too quickly, or pre-made fans glued in clusters rather than isolated lash by lash.
The first is fine if you know that is what you are booking. The other two cost you more within a month, because retention collapses and you are either rebooking early or paying for a removal and repair. Three hours of isolation is what you are paying for, and it cannot be done in ninety minutes.
